How can I track my order?
For tracking information, call us at 1-800-772-2927.
When can I expect my 2nd Day Air package?
Air Delivery is Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2pm CT will be shipped the next business day.
How can I pay with Café Du Monde Gift Certificates?
Gift Certificates will need to be mailed in with your order to Café Du Monde 5615 Jefferson Hwy New Orleans LA 70123.
How can I delete an online order?
Please send us an email at office@cafedumonde.com and include your order number. We will cancel it the next business day.
When is the Shipping Department open?
We are open Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm CT.

What if there’s a problem with my order?
Please inspect your order upon Receipt as claims or returns are not permitted after 30 days of receipt of goods 800-772-2927.

Yes, for shipping rates contact us at mailorder@cafedumonde.com or 504-581-2914. Our site does not accept Canadian addresses.
Do you ship outside the USA?

We do ship to Military address via USPS Priority Mail.

We do ship to P.O. Box addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Rates are the same.
Do you ship your Beignets already cooked?
We are sorry but we do not, they just don’t travel well. You can always purchase our beignet mix and make them at home with family and friends.
What are the ingredients in your beignet mix?
Enriched wheat flour, enriched barley flour, milk, buttermilk, salt, sugar, leavening (baking powder, baking soda, and/or yeast), natural and artificial flavoring.
Do you use eggs in your beignet mix?
We do not use eggs in our mix.
Is there dairy in your beignets?
Yes, the beignets contain milk.
Is your packaging facility nut free?
There are no nuts in our mix and no other products are packaged in our facility.
Can you bake beignets?
Sorry, we have never tried it. We have always fried our beignets.
Do you take reservations?
Sorry, we do not take reservations.
Can you use Beignet Mix after the expiration date?
We DO NOT recommend using our mix after the best by date. One of the ingredients is powdered milk, and it will sour after the best by date.
What kind of oil do you use to fry your beignets?
We use Cottonseed oil, but any type of vegetable oil will do.
Are your beignets Gluten Free?
No, our beignets are not gluten free.
Is your Coffee Gluten Free?
Yes, our coffee is gluten free.
What is your ratio of coffee and chicory?
Our ratio in our coffee is 4 part coffee 1 part chicory.
How is your decaf coffee decaffeinated?
We use an Ethyl Acetate process to decaffeinate the coffee. Ethyl Acetate is a natural chemical found in many fruits.
Is your coffee available in whole beans?
Our coffee is not available in whole beans.
What type of beans do you use in your French roast coffee?
Our coffee is not available in whole beans.

Chicory is the root of the endive lettuce plant.

Is your Café Du Monde product Kosher?
our Beignet Mix and Beignets are certified Kosher. You can find the Kosher certificates under Kosher Status on our website.
Are your coffee shops Kosher?
